Orders

Customers will be advised when their order is ready to sent at which point payment should be made by card over the telephone or via paypal online

Fabrics

Up to Four 20cm x 20cm samples will be sent free of charge. Thereafter samples will be charged at £5 each, including duplicates".

Questions to ask yourself before contacting Holly about your china order

Would you like any names and/or dates included and if so would you like these as part of the design or on the base of the item?

*Do you have your own design idea you would like Holly to work on?

What existing Holly Lasseter design, theme or combination of themes would you like on your chosen piece of china ?

Are there any particular colours you would like to include/exclude?

How would you like to pay - cheque, paypal or electronic transfer, (or cash but only if collecting item)?

*Please note that names. Dates and messages can be added to pieces of Holly's standard designs - i.e. fruit, vegetables and flowers, at no extra cost. However, 20% of the cost of the piece is added to original prices for customers own specific designs. This covers the extra time spent researching and designing.

Delivery Information

All orders are sent recorded and therefore will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when a delivery is made, the post office will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re arranged. We are unable to specify a time of delivery.

Fabrics take approximately 7 - 10 days from date of order. Delivery charges are as follows: £14.50 for orders up to 35 metres. Please contact Holly to request any orders of 3 metres or less which can be folded and sent at a cost of £7

China, textile and print orders take approximately 2 weeks from date of order. Delivery charges are as follows:- £3 for orders less than £15. £7 for orders between £15 -£75. £12 for orders above £75.
